Jay and Jacob Mora founded the company together and run it side by side, both with real time in the field. The crews that work on your property are vetted and trained to the same standard. Start With a Wide Shot Get the whole area in frame first. We need to see where it is in the house and what is around it.

Then Get Up Close Get right up on the leak, the crack, the damage, wherever the problem actually is. The close-up is what tells us the most.

Turn on the Lights Turn on everything in the room. Use your phone flashlight in dark spots. Dark or blurry photos slow everything down.

Show the Size Put your hand or a tape measure in the frame. We need a reference to know how big the area actually is.

No. That is the whole point. Fill it out, attach your photos, and we call you once we have had a chance to look at everything. You do not need to call first.

We get one email with your contact info and every photo you uploaded. We review it personally before we call, so when we reach you we already know what the job is.

QHow many photos should I send?

As many as it takes to clearly show the problem. A wide shot for context plus close-ups of the damage or area works best. There is no limit on photos. More is better. When in doubt, send everything.

QWhen will you respond?

We review submissions throughout the day during business hours. You will always get a direct call, not a text from an automated system.

QWill the pricing discussed over the phone be the final number?

No. The call is to talk through what you have got and figure out when we can come by. Real numbers come once we are on-site, because jobs almost always look a little different in person.
