Tile and Flooring, Asked and Answered

Yes, as long as matching tile is available. You get a straight answer on whether a patch repair will work or a larger section needs to come out.
Both. Bathroom floors, shower walls, kitchen backsplashes, and entryway tile, each set with the right material for the surface.
A standard bathroom floor takes one to two days, including setting time before grouting. Larger projects and full shower surrounds run two to four days.
Either works. Tile you supply is fine, or we help source it locally. You get advice on quantity, grade, and suitability for the application before anything is purchased.
The usual causes are subfloor movement, installation without backer board, thermal expansion, and settling. The underlying issue gets addressed so the new tile does not fail the same way.
Sometimes it can stay. If the existing tile is fully bonded with no hollow spots and the height still works at doorway transitions, tiling over is possible. Loose tiles, a damaged substrate, or moisture underneath means the old tile comes up first. It gets checked before quoting.
Yes. Individual boards or tiles can be replaced to match when the damage is isolated. Full replacement only gets recommended when the damage is too widespread.
Squeaks come from boards rubbing against each other or the subfloor. They get secured from below when accessible, or face-fastened with fasteners that are filled and finished.
Close, yes. Exact, not always. New wood reads brighter than aged boards until the finish wears in. The repair area gets sanded and finished to match sheen and color as closely as possible, and you hear what to expect up front.
Yes. The damaged flooring comes out, the subfloor section gets repaired or replaced, and the finished floor goes back over it. Patching the surface without addressing the subfloor means the problem returns.
