Plumbing Repairs and Replacement

A leak under the sink, a drain that will not clear, or a fixture that has stopped working. We assess the problem and put the proposed repair in writing.

Water heater work covers electric tank and heat pump water heaters; gas units are outside our scope, and we say so when you book. Toilet repairs are also part of our work; describe the fault when you book.

Lighting, Fixtures and Electrical Work

Fixtures that fail, fans that will not run, and lighting that needs to work better for the room. We also run new wiring within our scope. Panel work and aluminum branch wiring stay outside it.

Doors and Work Around the Home

A door that drags, sticks or will not latch needs the cause addressed. We assess the frame, hardware and fit before recommending the work.

A Clear Scope Before the Work

Give the office your repair list and any useful photos. The technician checks the conditions on site before putting the job in writing.
