Often, yes. Many face-frame and frameless hinges accept soft-close adapters, and slides can be swapped for soft-close versions in the same pattern. We check your hardware and tell you exactly which route your cabinets support.
It depends how far the swelling has gone, and we will say so honestly at the door. A damaged floor panel in an otherwise sound box is replaceable; a box that has delaminated throughout is not worth rebuilding, and we tell you that too.
